We'd like to ask existing members to update their information and encourage new members to complete a fresh registration.

This initiative will help us streamline our operations and foster collaboration, benefiting both the current generation of students and our alumni community.

Post-registration, we will manually validate the entries, assign membership numbers, and update the official records accordingly.

We appreciate your support and look forward to your active participation.

Please note: In all communication, we use 10th Batch as the reference point. It doesn’t matter if someone has not done 10th from SMHS. The year used is equivalent to 10th passing year.

• If your name is already in the existing database:
  - Note your serial number and membership number.
  - Enter these details in the relevant fields, then update any remaining information as needed.
  
• If your name is not in the database and you wish to join the St. Michael’s Alumni Association:
  - Make a payment of Rs 1000 (Rupees one thousand only) as the alumni membership fee (as per the association's by-laws).
  -Please note - you can pay by scanning the QR code also as given below.
  - Record the payment transaction number for future reference and take a screenshot of the payment receipt.
  - Save the screenshot using the following format: YourName_Batch_PhoneNumber.
  - Complete the registration form and upload the saved screenshot.
  - A membership number will be issued upon approval and verification of the payment.
  
• . If you prefer to pay later:
  - You may still proceed with the registration, and the payment can be made at a later time.
